If I may gently recommend, you should make sure to eat and drink and still be prepared for the snow storm coming. Scrolling will only go so far to keep you informed, and continuous scrolling can only make you less healthy. You stay healthy so you can keep fighting.

You can channel anger and frustration into things that are going to keep you well, like cleaning and exercise. It's difficult and it's tempting to keep scrolling but at some point we're only hurting ourselves if we're not taking time to regenerate and keep clean. You get back in the fight stronger.
