It pains me that there is an entire generation of people who have now grown up trained to view manipulative, engagement-farming gambling games as the norm for video games.

it's widely known that transphobic parents publicly brag about cutting their trans children off from friends and support systems especially by taking away their phones and isolating them from contact with outsiders, this anti-phone push is an attempt to make that the default condition of queer youth
So, given that a lot of trans people are offended that Brianna's transfemicide is being turned into a crusade against phone use, when Brianna had a supportive online community and was murdered offline by her classmates:
