From an academic standpoint- I understand having to compromise on political candidates. But from a practical side, if I have to compromise my authenticity as a human and vote for a candidate that doesn't see me as an actual person- that's not a purity test. That's a bad candidate.

I wonder how much of the masking has to do less with protecting agents from being doxed and more to do with protecting the government from us finding out how many of the agents are know figures from the world of white nationalists, Jan 6ers, accelerationists, and militias, or just plain unqualified.

It is wild to me that a military incursion to steal another country’s resources so the president can have a personal slush fund in Qatar is like the 5th most scandalous thing currently happening.
