It is frankly a scandal that the Labour administration has announced the closure of the cafés at Paddy Freeman’s and Exhibition Park.
In their announcement today, the Council claims these venues are suffering from "falling demand." We don’t buy it, and we doubt you do either.

This is pretty disappointing. It's been promised for years, and the technology clearly exists, because it is in operation elsewhere.
