i don't know if cis people understand that the dominant feelings toward their bodies that most trans ppl grew up with are pervading disgust and horror.

Read 'em. Terrible, maybe the worst superhero comics I've ever read, practically incompetent, unecessary, tawdry. And the portions? Enormous. I was feasting. Wretched, but ambitious and, more importantly, with its head stuck way up its own ass. Tommy Wiseau's The Room for capes and cowls. 400 stars.
Couldn't resist these at the library sale, three bucks, a pristine pair of Doomsday Clock collections, a book I am positive is going to be absolutely fucking stupid and I can't wait. Whoever donated these never even read 'em. I opened one up in the lobby and the spine cracked so hard a kid cried.
