Pretty rich that GOP congressmen are calling requirements for ICE to follow the law & Constitution “nonstarters”. I'm old enough to remember when they made a big fucking show of reading the Constitution on the floor of Congress, as a warning to possible tyrants (checks notes)… 3 years ago today.

This is a perfect example of the bullshit around this "deporting criminals" disinfo campaign. All of these tens of thousands of people are here legally under TPS provisions, and likely none of them have any criminal record. The admin is revoking their status for no reason than to be racist assholes.

Last month my dad (50+ years farm veterinarian) goes to get an inch-long growth removed from his hand. Doctors want to knock him out fully with general anesthesia. He flips out. In his practice he likely wouldn't use any anesthesia (he can manage it other ways), maybe a local block at most.

My guess is that some staffer within the day informed/reminded him that Greenland is mostly covered with ice. (e.g., can't build hotels all over that shape on the map)
