the guardian and observer quite literally have/had a transphobia working group dedicated to pushing the org to be more transphobic

Idk if it is still active as many of the members have left the guardian entirely now.

They pumped you (full of bigotry) and dumped you. And we told you they would.

The exclusion of trans people from public and academic spaces, removal of protections by human rights institutions, dehumanising language used by state news media, judicial tolerance of trans directed hate crime, withdrawal of medical care: all of this is very familiar to genocide scholars.

The UK is so progressive, the Govt just hired a cis het white, anti trans woman to lead the EHRC overriding the views of the Human Rights Cmtee and the women and equalities Cmtee

If Stephenson had any integrity she would have refused the job after not getting these Cmtee approvals. She's power mad

Remember when you censored Judith Butler for calling the gender-critical movement fascist? Or when you ran an editorial both sides-ing gender identity reform? Or when you quoted a transphobic hate group as a neutral source? Or when you basically republished one of their press releases verbatim?

The Telegraph is increasingly the Liar-Graph.

The Green Party is remarkably united in support of trans people’s human rights, with the exception of a tiny number of bigots funded by foreign fascists.

So no the GP is not “tearing itself apart over trans rights”;

They’re thinking of Labour.

I can't think of a better endorsement than being attacked by the leaders of the country's three main right wing parties
Farage thinks I'm a maniac?

Starmer thinks the Greens are nuts?

Badenoch thinks I'm weird?

It would appear that Baroness Falkner is somewhat flexible with her opinion of when it is or is not acceptable to question the judiciary. It could almost appear that she chooses depending on whether they align with her own gender critical beliefs.

I see Falkner has gone whining to the press. 🙄

The Tribunal’s findings on Sex Matters and Forstater are crystal clear:

• Not skilled evidence
• Not expert
• Not impartial
• Not reliable
• Polemic rather than evidence
• Material that could not support findings of fact

So why are UK news media & politicians listening to them!!??

I'm so tired of the pretense that gender-critical gay people are "the silent majority" instead of fucking weirdos who weren't doing any better in putatively cis-only spaces and who just latched onto a fucking excuse to blame their own off-putting non-appealing personalities on I'm so fucking sorry

Better make sure they are not on his list: (no special order)
Disabled
LBGTQ
Old
Unemployed
Black
Coloured
Etc, etc..
He will come for you, and there will be no protection against a rogue government.
