If you're wrong, you have played a part in spreading disease, disability and death to millions, possibly including yourself and your loved ones.

Oh, FFS, this was posted 8 months ago and reads fresh today.

America, your elected representatives are meant to represent you!

If they can't or won't act in your best interests, get rid of them. You guys have primaries - get off your asses and make sure you get the representation you deserve.

I was on the phone to the office at St Rita's, my local Catholic parish church, and they put me on hold, and their hold music was The Can Can. 🤣
It's more accurately known as Offenbach's Galop Infernal from Morpheus in the Underworld, which frankly is not much better.

I doubt that they know.

I've long thought that a strategy for mass killers is to treat them like Hurricanes. Have a list, published in advance, of names that will be used by media and law enforcement, for future killers. Never use their real name.

America, the world is watching.

International relations won't magically return to normal when Trump leaves office.

Nuremberg-style trials first, then a South African style Truth And Reconciliation Commission.

The sooner you deal with these murderous racists, the better.
We need to normalize thinking about large-scale prosecutions of this admin as inevitable.

Cabinet members on down to ICE stormtroopers are going to face justice for their rampage of criminality.

And the public needs to know details of what happened. The murders, the bribes and embezzlement.

I know we're not meant to feed wild birds, but last year I saw a kookaburra with a broken beak, struggling to pick up cat food. I threw some towards it, and it caught 1 in 10.
Within a week it was catching 1 in 5. In a month it was catching 2 in 3.
Then it stopped showing up.

This is something I've been vaguely aware of, but DogEmperor's lengthy thread goes into detail. I'm gonna need a coffee, an evidence board, and a couple of uninterrupted hours to get my head around it, but Gwen's summary is my understanding: apocalypse seeking Christians need Israel to exist.
Oh this is a GOOD write-up.

Basically some Christian Nationalist freaks need Israel to exist for their apocalypse to happen

And so Tucker interviewing Fuentes (and Heritage defending it) is threatening to that because that prophecy cannot afford for Nazis to get their wish re: Jews
This might actually be THE point where Christian Nationalism starts either splintering...or the NAR literally just joins with Christian Identity and REALLY returns to its roots

(I'd have thought the SBC/NAR widening split would have been the fissure, but a neo-Nazi/NAR split has been growing)

Chatbots — LLMs — do not know facts and are not designed to be able to accurately answer factual questions. They are designed to find and mimic patterns of words, probabilistically. When they’re “right” it’s because correct things are often written down, so those patterns are frequent. That’s all.

There's a business on a back street of my small town. They have more than 30 cars (maybe 10 years old) in the yard or on the surrounding street. The vehicles have no licence plates, and a thick layer of dust. The gates and doors are always closed, and there's no signage.
What do they do?

If billionaires are happy to fund government, they can do it through taxes like the rest of us.

Direct funding is buying services. Whose army? Timothy Mellon's army.
If That’s a donation, it goes to the treasury and only congress can decide how to spend it. No such (lawful) thing as private payment of government obligation.
