A phrase I used to use when I was teaching with a stroppy pupil was “engage brain before using gob”
Seems appropriate here for the American Idiot (sorry Green Day)…….but of course he needs a brain first.

I can see it now that Trump will tie up a deal with Ukraine with one of acquiring Greenland (all with the agreement of Putin of course).
