I feel like there needs to be a 100 year moratorium on Ivy League grads not being allowed in government.
No one knows what they're doing and they're responsible for tens of millions of lives

Do I even want to know what I missed? Probably not. Will I find out? Almost certainly.

I’m pretty sure my five year old could write better than Nuzzi at this point.
We are watching a Charlie Kirk level character rework happen in realtime except now we're being forced to accept that one of the worst political writers to appear in print this century is actually a generational writing talent, the way these people are trying to manufacture reality via bully pulpit

@legaleagle.tv if y’all haven’t seen this already, can’t wait for the video covering it.
NEWS: During a hearing in federal court in VA, prosecutors confirmed that the operative indictment in the case against James Comey was never shown to or voted on by the entire grand jury before it was presented in open court.

Defense counsel argued that’s a complete bar to further prosecution

Trump has dementia and forgot he’s already tried this.
Also this was literally the administration’s opening gambit to end the war and clearly that went well, so why are they doing it again now?
November 19, 2025 at 5:08 PM
If we subsidized renewables like we did fossil fuels we’d have gone full solar and wind by now. I wish.
KERNEN: Does the admin want to dismantle wind projects that are getting started?

WRIGHT: The track record is bad. We've spent hundreds of billions of subsidies for an energy source that's sometimes there. The main goal is to stop subsidizing. There are no meaningful subsidies for fossil fuels

Yikes…
I've now heard two briefs where someone from the Joint Staff has lauded CJCS Dan Caine for starting his day with 1) PT, and 2) a briefing on what "low-level social media accounts" are saying about DoD and our adversaries, and I kind of think that could be an issue down the road.

Bill to release the Epstein files passes the House 427 to 1
November 18, 2025 at 7:47 PM
If anything has been made abundantly clear from the nearly 40K emails released by the oversight committee, it’s that everyone who knew Epstein, knew he was a pedophile and was okay with it.
Mike Johnson expresses concern that requiring the Epstein files to come out "could ruin the reputations of completely innocent people, such as those who may just have known Epstein but knew nothing of his crimes or whose names he exploited and used to try to get close to his intended victims."

Mike Johnson is acting like a guilty man
Mike Johnson on Epstein files release bill: "There are serious deficiencies in the legislation. And Republicans have to work to address those deficiencies in the Senate if and when this legislation is advanced."

Federal authorities were chided for seizing electronic devices from Tate and his brother, and told to return them, records and interviews show. Experts said the intervention was highly inappropriate.

First off, my suspension has ended. Got a little harsh with a post a few days ago but I didn’t have my feet on the ground and I’m sorry if I offended anyone. Will try to be more chipper. Knock on wood!

@kaine.senate.gov resign. You caved and failed to protect the healthcare of the American people.
Tim Kaine on AOC: "She was not at the table with the Republicans in the Senate. Maybe she thinks the Republicans would've caved. Would it have been another week of SNAP recipients losing their SNAP benefits? Another month of air travelers enduring chaos and even danger?"

Resign
Tim Kaine: "I don't tell Ro Khanna or AOC or anybody else who you should pick as your House leader, because I got a full time job being a senator. I don't need to freelance opinions about House leadership. They should focus on their own leadership and let senators do what we need to do."
