Which, for those who don’t know, is undeniably illegal.

Even DHS *grudgingly* admits that the statute giving Congress oversight of ICE facilities—passed in the wake of Trump 1.0 bc of, you know, all this the first time—does not give ICE the right to deny MOCs access, ever.
ICE denied U.S. Reps. Raja Krishnamoorthi (D-IL) and Jonathan Jackson (D-IL) entry into it’s facility in Chicago.
