I am watching this American pair in their rhythm portion of the ice dancing and they were first dancing to Lenny Kravtiz' version of "American Woman". Now the original version has a funny tie to a winter olympic event.

I will always maintain that Freedom 90 is absolutely top tier.

This all started with a photograph of a middle aged man failing to eat a bacon roll.

Yeah, bonkers. Fun, bonkers. The time signatures alone are brain melting.
Oh, man. I know Weird Music Internet is blowing up a bit over these two, but it’s so up my street it’s ridiculous. Just so beautifully conceived and absurd and very welcome right now youtu.be/0Ssi-9wS1so?...

A satisfying tree from this morning's outing in actual daylight with blue skies, instead of grey windy rain.

once again: before any olympic event we should have Daft Dave, 46, recruited from a spoons in Reading, having a go as the Regular Human Benchmark. This will be extra fun at the Winters where "not dying" is considered a result.

if someone else takes the top spot in the downhill skiing I expect someone to make a "#notallmen" joke.

you would not believe the hoops I have to jump through to prove that purchasing a fangleweazel has to be a direct award because literally nobody else builds the fangleweazel and three quotes are impossible, and that's when the FW only costs 67p. £240M? Full tender, no exceptions.
New on FT website:

Every time I see the amber bear that looks like a gummy I want to make it, so I looked up how big it is. It'd be a huge gummy; approx 100 cubic cm of jelly, which is 140ish grams. A single gummy bear weighs less than 2g, so we're talking about 70ish gummy bears worth of gummy in the bear.
