Still, there's some fucked up survivor's guilt being over here...

A little longer than planned, but I still cranked out a pretty tasty banana bread, thanks to Joe's post. I did modify with 2/3 sugar and 1/3 stroop (ala stroopwafel), so it took a little longer and also got a nice crust on top.

I finally got around to trying the "set your #TinnedFish on fire" trend and... I don't know if it would have a positive impact on high end conservas, but it certainly brings a store-bought tin of sardines from like a 5/10 to a 7/10. Big jump on the mid-range stuff.
