Motion for all the neighborhood orgs to get a little sidewalk plow and pay people $25/hour to drive around clearing all the sidewalks
I keep thinking our neighborhood association (PPNA) should just get one.

When I submitted a ticket to 311 for this sidewalk it was closed a few hours later as a duplicate request.

If I’m in a wheelchair or out with a stroller I’d rather know when it’s cleared so I can get back to my routine. Surely we can setup batch responses to tickets related to accessibility?

E Line update: Franklin and Hennepin is a problem area for bus lane scofflaws. Got stuck behind a bunch of them in the northbound bus lane. When traffic started moving, bus missed the green.

I just saw someone riding a motorized wheelchair in the bus lane on Lake St... presumably because the curb cuts are making the sidewalks impassable.

The bus lane is probably safer than general traffic lane, but everything about it is so unfair and a major accessibility issue.

I wish more electeds had experience walking, biking & taking transit - esp in winter!

Fascinated by the community member on this MNDot call arguing to *keep* a highway that's 600 feet from their home.

They expressed concerns about car traffic noise and pollution, but think both will be worse with a boulevard and prefer to keep the highway.

Wild stuff.
