called me back and shared that she has forwarded the issue to 311. they took care of the plowing and it was cleaned up for me to bike to work. she also shared that if you don't get the result you want from 311, council offices can advocate for you to be heard.

I recommend emailing your ward representative with a picture of this and the 311 response to share your doubt that it was taken care of. Ward offices are listened to more via the 311 folks unfortunately. I called ward 7's office about Loring Greenway not plowed and the council aide promptly

the dmv needs to implement a rule where people can't get their driver license until they acknowledge that they cannot drive in bus-only lanes and randomly park in front of bus stops

at the 3rd/4th station today, there were two cars attempting to pull over in front of the bus stop as the E-line bus was coming up behind them. a waiting rider and I yelled at the drivers to get them out of the bus stop. it was a cathartic experience for us bus riders
