somehow I've been raw dogging life without migraine meds for at least a week -- everything has been held up in prior authorization hell since switching insurances, so I haven't had my monthly preventative OR access to acute meds -- and I did not reenact scanners please clap.

having insomnia when you live alone is wildly different than when you share your home and life with someone. my insomnia times are maybe less ... productive? since I don't usually allow myself to get up and, like, reorganize my books or whatever I'm obsessing on, but it's also much nicer.

since I canceled my UHC ACA insurance and got a plan with Oscar off the exchange starting Feb 1 because I don't even qualify for tax credits so fuck this shit, and both the ACA and UHC sites are in love with emailing me. maybe don't drop all my doctors, you fucks! eat me sideways!!
