How dare they try to patronise powerful and principled women like this while they obsessively attack their every utterance. This paper is a disgrace.

Here's what'll happen. Labor will get its lowest ever primary vote at the next election. "Centrist" rusted-ons will blame lefties, instead of themselves, because liberalism is political narcissism drenched in sanctimony, and shit will just keep getting worse.

Today, under the cover of the Liberals tearing each other down, Labor has approved another coal mine extension.

Extending Middlemount to 2044 means Labor has now approved 35 fossil fuel projects.

In the middle of the climate crisis, they're approving more coal & gas.

Oh fuck off! People don’t have an issue with Israel or jewish people, they have an issue with the 70,000 people you have massacred. The hate is on you and your government, don’t drag the rest of Israeli people into it. Many of your own citizens oppose your war. Fucking warmonger.
Herzog calls antisemitism in Australia 'frightening' ahead of Melbourne visit

Is Hanson planning to copy Trump on mass deportation?
One Nation’s promise to deport 75,000 undocumented migrants echoes Donald Trump’s approach, but the logistics, costs and risks of such a policy are far greater than the rhetoric suggests.

As always, @amyremeikis.bsky.social skewers the bullshit brilliantly and articulately.

‘Social cohesion'? No, it's just a net to trap us all www.thenewdaily.com.au/news/politic...
This is not 'social cohesion' – it's just a tighter net to trap us all
Australians have been lectured a lot on social cohesion, but it reached a fever pitch after protests against the visit by Israel’s president.

Dave Sharma in moral gatekeeper mode on #AfternoonBriefing today.

He says "a few thousand people" critical of Israel shouldn't be allowed to influence decisions like Herzog's visit.

But he's OK with a handful of pro-Israel people who, according to the PM, did influence the decision. 😑
