It's wild to me that anyone could have described such a government as a shambles. And the "loans affair"? The Age in 1975 predicted one thing right - 50 years on nobody cares about that beatup, but we're sure interested in all we're now learning about the conspirators that was suppressed for decades

It wasnt our enviro laws that were too weak to protect the Skate or stop the North West Shelf, it was our Ministers.

The big gas and oil companies have been having it their way for too long. We are calling for a 25% tax on gas exports. This would have raised $17.1 billion in the 2023-2024 financial year. Enough to build 50,000 new homes.
