I was showing off my planner to a coworker today and I think they figured out that I’m a nerd with nerd hobbies. She asked if I collected stamps too.
If my fancy new planner doesn’t fix all of my problems nothing will.

I really enjoy Pacific Opera Project because (1) Opera, (2) they live stream each of their shows, and (3) started releasing 60 second summaries of each show for new people.

Sherlock Holmes was “killed off” by falling into a deep unsurvivable gorge. People were wearing black and mourning a fictional man in the streets. Doyle brought Holmes back by setting the story at some point in the past or pretending be didn’t die and it was fine. This is not a hard problem.
James Bond’s death in No Time to Die is causing a nightmare for the next film. Writers are stuck because Bond “was blown to pieces.”

Anthony Horowitz, author of three 007 novels, says:

“You can't have him wake up in shower and saying it was all a dream."
