I can't find US outlets referring to Permanent Sovereignty over Natural Resources, the basic intl law & UN precept that one nation can't grab another's resources. That would be... a timely explainer, right about now.

Jam filled sugar cookies. My sugar cookie recipe—rolled out thinner than if you were going to frost them, with a dollop of homemade jam (I used peach, apricot, and raspberry) topped with a 2nd cut out. Baked, then covered with some icing sugar once cooled. Such a hit with my fam.
