This also applies to receiving feedback from other disciplines on your project. If something feels wrong to them, then it's very likely something IS wrong, but it might not be exactly what they think it is.
Remember: When you playtest a game, never take players’ feedback/suggestions at face value. Figure out what emotion is underneath what they’re telling you, and then figure out what in the game is causing that emotion
