I wish I could properly word what I'm feeling right now. it's a weird struggle between my insomnia and my depression hitting me, and I just feel this heavy numbness in my chest. I'm exhausted yet I can't sleep. I have good moments but then I'm right back to this quiet emptiness. I wanna feel better.
