When Humana puts a gun to your head and tells you that you have to pay more, and often MUCH more, if you don't use CenterWell Pharmacy, the one they own, IMO you can expect crap service and more scammy cons.
The service is HORRIFIC. You'll die before they fill an Rx.

Sadly, I have learned my lessons with the ineptness and inability to perform even simple tasks effortlessly with Humana and their online pharmacy, CenterWell. It’s almost as though they either don’t want to fill your prescriptions or they don’t want customers. My doctor’s office agrees.

Centerwell Pharmacy running a scam in which they create a USPS tracking number for a medication package before that package is actually ready to be shipped.
My guess? To either meet required medication shipping deadlines via technicality or to make their numbers look better.

I hate having to walk Centerwell (Humana) Specialty Pharmacy through the process of ordering and shipping my botox injections to my neuro every 3 months.
Never had this issue with the pharmacy I previously used.
Had to 3 way call the office bc I'm pretty sure Humana just doesn't call, but says...
