This ain’t about abortion, it’s about punishing folks who can’t afford private care and women who dare to demand control over their own bodies.

Shutting down clinics means more undiagnosed cancer, more untreated STIs, and more folks left out here with nowhere to turn.

I was so worried going into this vote on the amendments in Louisiana, but the people turned out and voted down a plan to gut Ed funding disguised as a teacher “raise” and the ability to incarcerate even more of our children as adults. I haven’t heard the turnout numbers, but Landry wanted <18.

Sometimes, it’s the little wins. Like starting a sourdough a couple of weeks ago that is flourishing. I used it to make chicken and dumplings + a couple of loaves. The dumplings were served in my granny’s dumpling pot and the family said they were deserving of the honor.

But even when I’m criticizing while I watch, I find it mostly magical. I’m glad I remembered it was available on Peacock.

The sole purpose is to exhaust you and it will absolutely work if you let it.
