This is chilling. Since DOJ is the enforcement arm of the government and the courts actually have no mechanism of their own for enforcement, while they’re not exactly legally correct, this is how governments are overthrown by a military coup.
ICYMI: In a late night filing, DOJ argues the federal courts cannot force them to comply with the law requiring release of all the Epstein files.
