It is not possible to accurately diagnose an individual's mental state 'from a distance'. As a psychiatric nurse with 40 plus years experience I can confidently say that trump IS severely mentally ill. He is sick enough to require being assessed by a psychiatrist against his will. Period.
I'm not sure this gets said enough but, the President of the USA appears to be severely mentally ill and unfit for office.
