The 50 year mortgage is ideal as a starter. It helps folks get into the market. The trick is to re-finance as wages rise and get back onto a more realistic timeframe.

After 40 plus years working with mentally ill people, those with serious mental illness I frequently questioned the concept of 'illness' vs 'evil'. In trumps case I come down on the side of EVIL.
