I tried to jump across the narrowest part of a kidney-shaped pol, missed, and hit my abdomen on the other side so hard that I knocked the wind out of myself and my diaphragm seized. I blacked out and woke up surrounded by paramedics.

I continue to be ashamed of this country, and its nakedly aggressive attack on Venezuela.

In my Thursday 5E game we just spent an hour and a half setting up/making bastion moves.
I like the rules -- 5E needed a money sink and domain play can really drive a campaign -- but it does sort of get in the way of smashing monsters.

Now seems like a swell time to point out that Frontline just released this excellent 11-minute mini-documentary about what happened inside CECOT.
Ran the Invincible quickstart tonight. My players enjoyed it, I enjoyed it. It reminds me of playing Mutant Year Zero -- one of my favorite games of the last couple decades -- but bigger. Lots bigger.
