Creativity is like a houseplant, not an endless well. You need to seek out sunlight, water, and nutrients in art, shows, music, experiences, and more to tend to it. And just like plants it has its dormant and active periods and you may not seem improvement for some time.

Insomnia again last night till 4 or 5am, which means today is for liminal things... drifting around the house looking deranged, watching art films, reading, doing some sewing. Nothing ambitious will happen today, but that's ok; sometimes sleeplessness is a helpful creative constraint.
