An indy bookseller speaks! Bookshop.org is AMAZING and frankly, without it, a lot of us would have struggled even more during lockdown. WAYYY better than Hive (if you’re picking the book up from a bookshop, why aren’t you ordering it directly from them in the first place??)
Independent bookshops will earn 100% of the profit from sales, and ebooks will be priced the same as they are on Amazon.

In the last two years, HBO has axed TONS of successful shows that were much more popular that “And Just Like That” because they were queer or POC led with 0 melodramatic outcry in mainstream media, so forgive me if for the extreme side eye at “murdered.” 🙄

The Presidential Physical Fitness Test has its roots in eugenics, so, you know, this is hardly a surprise. Any kid in the 80’s who had to lift up the corner of their shirt in front of their classmates and have their fat measured by calipers can tell you this “test” belongs in history’s dustbin.
