Valuable reporting here. I think the key thing is the use of Venezuela to accustom American armed forces to lawless murder. The goal then is to get them to do the same thing inside the US.

Good to get official confirmation — basically everything happening in Chicago right now is being coordinated by Gregory Bovino, the Border Patrol Chief who started doing indiscriminate raids even before Biden left office, because he knew he could get away with it.
