I really hate the posts that people make joking on on folks in gyms right after Jan. 1.
Being new is hard. Gyms are intimidating and confusing. Quit trying to get laughs by filming people and, instead, try and offer to help out. Welcome new people. They’re trying.
Be kind. Be open. Be helpful.

What’s the proper ritual for the respectful disposal of a hoodie that has probably been worn more than 1000 times and is the perfect size/feel/warmth for a lay around and has served me well for over a decade but is just too ratty to continue to wear.
