kind of funny that an olympian said they are here to represent "compassion, respect, and love for others" and some people automatically knew that was a statement against them

This is extremely offensive and inappropriate. I don’t care how popular it is in bars, dwarf-tossing is degrading and NOT OKAY.

Today’s low (maybe just this hour’s low) is again by that small, petty individual drenched in a pathetic obsession with a man who puts him to shame in every way; intellectually, morally, and in dignity, integrity, decency, vision, taste, humor, style. All the things Trump lacks.

Thank you to everyone in CA including the elected officials and voters who successfully accomplished mid-decade redistricting to swiftly counter the attempted theft by Texas.

Action and tangible results are so much better than gripes and strongly worded letters.

I’ll say it again. J D Vance is a churl of inherent indecency who preens himself in obscene oiliness with each new skeevy mendacity.
JD Vance is the most loathsome character in American politics, and it's mostly because he's immediately recognizable to anyone with an interest in politics as The Worst Guy From Your PoliSci Class
Reporter: Do you plan to apologize to the family of Alex Pretti?

Vance: For what?

My favorite genre of Epstein emails are powerful people emailing WITH JEFFREY EPSTEIN about how MeToo has gone too far and the woke mob must be stopped.

so crazy to me that a woman asked trump if he has any words for epstein's victims and he said "you as a young woman should smile more." it will go nowhere bc republicans refuse to hold trump accountable, but it's still pretty crazy.

This indecent, infantile, decaying chucky doll posing with his tv reality rictus of enthusiasm and the eyes of a concussed Komodo lizard as he snarls a leering malice at smart women and lies like the rug he should have had made instead of the hairy frogfish sitting on his hollow melon head.

Four weeks ago: Trump floated the idea of canceling future elections
Three weeks ago: “When you think of it, we shouldn’t even have an election”
Yesterday: “The Republicans ought to nationalize the voting”

But it’s not just rhetoric: all of this has come against a backdrop of concrete action.
“Republicans ought to nationalize the voting”: Trump eyes radical power-grab
Those concerned about democracy don’t have the luxury of simply shrugging with indifference to the president’s latest conspiratorial nonsense.

Doesn’t that depend on how you are “partying“?
LOL, these fucking people. Just shameless.

“But as you know, it is not a crime to party with Mr. Epstein.”

I think it is OUTRAGEOUS that people are LEAPING to the conclusion that some our post prominent Americans are child rapists when it is EQUALLY PLAUSIBLE that they are simply indifferent to whether other people are child rapists so long as those other people can offer them access to power.

Declining to provide Bessant with his own state security detail at he Capital is the equivalent of “fomenting chaos”? As a member of the President's cabinet, the Secretary of the Treasury is provided with protection by the U.S. Secret Service during official travel.
Bessent: "It's a tragedy when anyone dies, but the situation on the ground there is being stirred up by Gov. Walz. I was out there 2 weeks ago. Gov. Walz declined to provide a security detail for me to go into the Minnesota Capitol. So he's fomenting chaos ... there are a lot of paid agitators"
