If you live in California, your library card can get you access. Once you have a card, you can go to your county website and look for their subscriptions. Many cities can give you a library card even if you don’t live in that county. I have my local as well as San Jose and San Francisco.

We measured similar wind gusts. And now are having breakfast in the dark
Intense wind last night has resulted in power outages all over West Marin. Inverness and Point Reyes Station still have power. A local wind sensor showed gusts above 60 mph in Inverness.

The weather service is so confident in potential tornadoes that it placed San Francisco in a rare marginal risk for severe thunderstorms three days in advance (both in yesterday's forecast for Dec. 24 and today's for Dec. 25), the first time the agency had done that for the city in at least a decade
