Words cannot describe how heartbroken I am to hear that Catherine O'Hara died today at 71. She was one of my favorite comedians and was just a joy in anything she appeared in like Beetlejuice and Home Alone and films like Nightmare Before Christmas, Elemental, and Wild Robot.

My sister is trying to buy a home and private equity outbid them with all cash offers at every turn, even homes that seemingly would see no benefit from being flipped. We need laws and rules about how many homes corporations can own.
