Not for nothing but it's transparently obvious that Bondi would not want to enforce FARA because she was required to register under it as a foreign agent for Qatar. Seems like a conflict of interest for her to be exercising authority here.
This whole NYT account about the weaponization of DOJ is beyond disturbing. Kinda feels like the US government fell in January.

This will probably draw a lot of condemnation but sadly she has a point. Two incredibly qualified women candidates could not win against the most unqualified criminal the Republican party has ever run.

I would (just for shits and giggles) like to point out that if a Democratic president had federal law enforcement put a Christian minister on the ground like this and arrest him for peaceful protest, the South would finally rise again. There would literally be armed militias organizing right now.

The problem with pardoning her is that if she's out and pardoned, she has no reason not to tell people everything she knows about Donald Trump's crimes. There's nothing to hold over her, because she's been pardoned.

The problem with pardoning her is that if she's out and pardoned, she has no reason not to tell people everything she knows about Donald Trump's crimes. There's nothing to hold over her, because she's been pardoned.

Due respect Marc, but *good* Senate leaders can control their Caucus. Harry Reid got 60 votes for the ACA when it mattered. Lyndon Johnson was infamous for his ability to control the Democrats as Majority Whip and then Leader.
