You don't have to listen to these professional liars who are barely trying. 9 months ago they were saying they were powerless to return a man they illegally sent to an El Salvador gulag because it would violate that country's national sovereignty
Vance pushes back and says this was not illegal, arguing "Maduro has multiple indictments in the United States for narcoterrorism. You don't get to avoid justice for drug trafficking in the United States because you live in a palace in Caracas."

Absolutely going to evangelize about it: working to get out of the cardio mindset I was taught (suffer as hard as possible to 'earn' calories to eat) into the cardio mindset I wanted (a lovely slow nature run to help my brain and my heart) was one of the best things I've ever done. Good luck!
not gonna evangelize about it but tbh coming to understand the value of cardio is one of the biggest positive changes I've made of any kind to my adult life, for whatever that's worth
Fitness gurus are always knocking cardio. Well, the elliptical is super effectively for weight loss. It’s low impact so you can do it for long time periods, every day. I can burn 800-1000 calories in an hour. I can do it daily. I lost 100 lbs once doing nothing but that damned boring elliptical.

Getting an ERG in the spring changed my life—low impact, can fit workouts in whenever during the day, can watch documentaries while rowing. And when I am consistent about using it, I end up feeling better than I just about ever have
