Will never forgive myself for assuming “Nance” was a distractor and going for “Joseph” instead….

That’s what I get for being on vacation during that didactic session 🤷‍♂️

The doxy side of things is obvious. But the cefixime piece is very concerning. Wish they would have looked at staph also to get an idea of how that is changing as we see more and more TET resistance in staph aureus.

So the same group that claims that more randomized trials are needed for vaccines (which have already been subjected to randomized trials) now wants to change the FDA label for leucovorin to include autism without a trial, or even much evidence at all, demonstrating its benefit. 🤔

A terrorist targeted federal workers last week. There wasn’t much reporting on it. But I’m not finished thinking about it! 🧵

An anti-vaxxer fired more than 500 gunshots into CDC Atlanta, shattering 150 “blast-proof” windows on 6 buildings. Employees were pinned down in terror.

How many roadblocks do you think will come up in this thread? You're probably lowballing.
Before you say “ugh, just go to drug treatment”, I request that you do a trial run. I don’t say this to be smug. It’s just worse than you know.

Figure out where you would go to access buprenorphine and/or methadone. Without health insurance. When can they see you? What will it cost?
