it's awesome how skepticism of healthcare as an institution is only reserved for things like trans healthcare, gynecology/obstetrics, and mental health stuff. surely there's no reactionary force that wants to prevent access to these things

It is always morally correct to call out bullshit attempts to deprioritize trans medicine, especially when done through a rank abuse of an anti-materialist twisting of crip theory
saw this, immediately got pissed off, stopped myself and considered that maybe i was being unfair or misinterpreting, then looked up who posted this and saw that they're either a cis woman or non-transitioning nonbinary w/ she/her pronouns so nah fuck this transphobic bullshit holy fuck

The most nonsensical thing about this is that the Christofascist, Nationalist projects being decried oppose transition access and universal healthcare. Calling HRT or surgery a part of a eugenical system when the system tries to gatekeep and deny it to trans people is exactly backwards.

Usar IA generativa no va a ser nunca una crítica política, deberías saberlo de sobra ya. Es una herramienta muy ligada a la derecha que funciona robando, destroza el planeta con su contaminación, se ha entrenado con imágenes reales de gente sin su permiso (incluido menores), etc.

Susan Smith of For Women Scotland is quoted in this piece saying that Dr Upton leaving the NHS will be "a relief to female patients."
The employment tribunal found that Upton had done nothing wrong! She was completely innocent of any kind of harassment!

A less transphobic press might start asking "How does driving a doctor out of Scotland help cut NHS wait times? Why is Scotland better with fewer doctors? Which other minority staff would you get rid of?"
