Thanks to a Reddit post, I toggled a random RGB setting on and it fixed the whining. I hate this.
Finally got so fed up with my PC’s mysterious coil whine I spent the last hour isolating parts trying to figure out which was the culprit.. and it was my damn OLED this whole time. I can’t believe I spent so long w/ ridiculous burn-in anxiety when I really needed to worry about tinnitus triggers.
