My lovely daughter is a postie . They are working their absolute arses off at the moment. Be nice people!
Be nice to your postie at Christmas, they are doing a job you would probably find too difficult. 🙏
Only abused by two members of the public yesterday as I delivered their parcels. And called a C**t because I had stopped outside a house to deliver letters. But (I try to keep this in the front of my mind) most people are lovely and polite.

Today is the winter solstice, the shortest day of the year and one of the oldest winter celebrations in the world.

From here, the nights will stop drawing in and daylight hours stretch out again. What will you do with your longer days?

Reports of anti-LGBTQIA+ backlash are on the rise across the arts & cultural sector, ranging from hateful comments on social media to in person protests, event cancellations, and even threats against the safety of artists, staff, and audiences. These experiences post a genuine risk to queer culture.

Labour have won every election in Wales for 100 years, but they are on track to (badly) lose the 2026 Senedd election - why?

@jaclarner.bsky.social and I have looked at new data, which shows how support is shifting within (not between) Wales's blocs!
