The hold that Pete Buttigieg has over my boomer parents is astonishing. How does he do it

Cluny Brown obviously one of the best movies ever but every time I watch it it’s like, oh yeah, no, it’s better than I remembered

Whenever I watch Frankenstein it kills me that the Abnormal Brain gag isn’t a Mel Brooks invention

In the streaming age you lose all of your stars in the 3rd season instead of the 10th season

I feel like “Gary Larson is doing new Far Side comics” should be a bigger story than it currently is, because it isn’t a story at all and it absolutely ought to be.
"New Far Side comics" was definitely not on my bingo card for this week. They're not bad!

Shouldn’t include Lucky Ned here. Lucky Ned straight up likes Mattie. Adores her
One of the great pleasures of True Grit is the faces everyone makes as they realize nobody has ever verbally destroyed them before like 14-year old Mattie Ross.

Alan Moore would never
Morrison invoking AI alike to "God" indicates a severe misunderstanding of how AI appropriates the work of thousands, including their own, and someone needs to rectify their understanding ASAP.

But also it's a severe disservice to their colleagues anyway to use it and justify it like this.

On top of the awful abuse this dude is so crazy he thought starring in a bad HBO show and worse Marvel projects made him Martin Luther King

Christ almighty
Quite a fun moment when the security contractors who had been terminated by the USIP but had switched their allegiances to DOGE entered the property with an unconfiscated key and headed immediately to the gun safe.

Black Bag so enjoyable except for the atrocious cinematography that had me squinting like I need new glasses

My YES vote is *not* an endorsement of this deeply flawed CR.

My YES vote is 💯 about refusing to shut our government down.

I refuse to punish working families and plunge millions of Americans into chaos.

I will never, ever, ever, ever, ever vote to shut our government down.

Usually don’t experience this because of the type of movies I’m at the theater for, but I was finally in a theater with a zoomer who has no idea how to act around other people

I wonder what it would look like if the Democratic Party hated Republicans as much as it hates its own members and constituents
