Does every office have that one person who can't figure out how to reattach attachments to an email string and instead attaches emails with attachments on them (or emails with emails attached and another email in that that has the attachment you actually need on it)? Or is that just my office?

Des Moines public school issues statements yesterday (scroll down) saying that Ian Roberts had an FBI background check in 2023 and it raised no red flags and Roberts said he was a US Citizen.
