He has, in fact, been spending the intervening years using millions in taxpayer money to retaliate against the women he sexually harassed with nuisance lawsuits.
Important to remember that Cuomo resigned when a lengthy, detailed report on multiple varied instances of sexual misconduct was issued, and has never addressed several of the most serious charges.
