When you spend a good 6 years playing roller derby, you get really accustomed to falling on your knees.
Going for a casual roll in a pair of moxies I haven’t worn for a spell with super gummy wheels and NO KNEEPADS (helmet always)— I had this coming.
But boy did I feel ALIVE!!!
