Here it is in writing: over a month after a Border Patrol agent shot Marimar Martinez on Oct. 4 (later bragging about it), and after DHS called her & Anthony Santos Ruiz terrorists, their case has been dismissed with prejudice.

When Martinez left the courthouse tonight, it was supporters' applause.
