I passed a vehicle carrier on the interstate this weekend. It was loaded with brand new Teslas. None of them had the Tesla logo on the rear end. Is that normal?

What's annoying is that once 2026 starts, the blue no matter who crew is going to start yelling at anybody who doesn't toe the party line even though the party line is a giant shrug emoji. And to that I say, f uuuuuu
The best way to understand the U.S. right now is as a parliamentary system where the Democrats have joined a coalition government to vote in favor of everything the Republicans want without demanding any concessions for their own constituents.

Two Republican senators told me tonight this vote shows they can execute the same strategy again — cut Democrats out of the negotiations on a gov’t funding bill, pass it thru the House, and expect Senate Dems to back down and not filibuster it.

There’s no reason to have a Democratic Party if it won’t go to the mat to save the Department of Education. It’s a fundamental belief that children in America deserve better futures. It’s tremendously simple. You cannot continue funding a government that would close this.
The Department of Education will begin sweeping layoffs tonight with about half of its 4,400 employees expected to be let go, sources tell CNN.

Please call your Dem senators and ask them not to support this terrible bill. Let Republicans take all the blame once it starts to affect people's lives. A government shut down is bad, but so are the things the GOP is doing. Don't help them, just let them take the blame.
Still not clear what Democrats will do. This is the first moment they have any leverage at all.
Senate Democrats have not left lunch. Lots of pressure on them to decide whether to filibuster the Republican spending package.
