When I created this account, it was never meant for *gestures wildly* this, one day I'd like to get back to just sharing cool art and photos from cons but things have to change first.
This year has been very rough on my mental and then my physical health (probably linked tbh) I'm hoping 2026 will be better, and I'm definitely going to try my best to make it so.

Straight people really need to come to terms with the fact that a frighteningly large number of them will stop loving their children if they're queer
One of the things that fucks me up about the whole “parental rights” discussion when talking about LGB and especially T children is that the specific parental right they want is the right to abuse their children.

I'm setting up a moratorium on the idea of sex, y'all get gender or nothing till you understand what bimodal distribution of characteristics means.
It is 2025. The EHRC in the UK keeps trying to materialize a trans bathroom ban out of a muddled UKSC opinion third-sexing all trans people. A bill to criminalise those who provide trans minors with transition care passed in the US House of Representatives.

I often wonder what my first appointment at a GIC would be like by the time it's eventually my turn.
I'd like it to be like; hi I've been on HRT for years at this point, using gel, 6 pumps a day. Im looking for cheaper SRS and prescriptions.

I think the Levy Review so far from my reading is about where I expected it would be and not where I feared it would be.
I agree with everyone else that informed consent lead by GPs and local service providers would be much much better, but this is the NHS and they don't like bodily autonomy.
