Ok I'm going to ban myself again for a couple days because I need to get a bunch of stuff done and staring into the void is not helping. Hopefully I'll see a bunch of you around town later this weekend, even if we don't know who each other are.

Boycott the Olympics too.

In case you've seen the story about “grok now only generates images for paid users”, it's untrue. Apparently everyone just reported it because… it was what grok told them 🤦🏼

No, Grok hasn’t paywalled its deepfake image feature

As folks protest, remember that kettling (surrounding & detaining groups) is a thing. Consider your personal risk level & preparedness (meds, when last ate, etc) before joining a group on a bridge, on a highway, or in a tunnel.

The more innocent people they kill and call terrorists, the more people realize that "terrorist" just means "people the government wants to eliminate without the law getting in the way"
SOUTHCOM said 3 people were killed in boat strikes on 12/30.

@theintercept.com started asking questions.

Now SOUTHCOM says 11 people were killed.

They call them "narco-terrorists," we call them what they are: "civilians."
SCOOP: After Undercounting Boat Strike Killings, U.S. Military Updates Death Toll

After questions from The Intercept, U.S. Southern Command updated its count of civilians killed in boat strikes to 123.

ICE only has about 20-30,000 employees nationwide. Including desk jobs so there's even fewer armed. It's smaller than the NYPD.

There's a reason they do their mega raids on one or two cities at a time, and it's not optics. It's because that's all the dudes they've got.

Something to keep in mind.

It’s meant to justify the murder

If it wasn’t already clear, it is definitely now the patriotic duty of every decent person in this country to videotape ICE anytime and anywhere they appear. It won’t stop the Trump administration from lying, but it will help provide counter evidence.
