Two photos of today haunt me: a civilian lying dead beside his car in the Donetsk region, and an elderly woman in Kherson next to her goats. Both killed — hunted — by russian drones. Both murders were deliberate.

So there are still Russian banks that are allowed to use SWIFT? How is that possible after 11 years of war? That there are still sanctions left to be done is a story about the enormous appeasement of Russia that has been going on, the acceptance of Russian crimes and terror. A stain on Europe.
